1.Computer electronic feeding system

Automatic feeding system include software group, PLC, communication module, A / D module, D / A module, inverter, electromagnetic flow meter, weighing sensor, speed sensor and other equipment.

2.Automatic feeding system Features

We set the speed of the powder, slurry, agents, and other additive according to the speed of the gypsum board forming speed, when the gypsum board forming speed changes, the other equipment speed will adjust automatically, then it can achieve automatic ratio adjustment, so it can achieve high precision and save labour and improve the automation level.

IPC and PLC can achieve communication, and transmit data with each other to achieve central control, you can watch each section of the operation situation, data, and you can print the date and flow chart.

 3.Drying section,it adopts heat exchanger dryer

The drier has 4-12 layer rollers, and three zones with vertical airflow. In addition, we also have some thermal insulation measures to improve the thermal efficiency of the dryer, Such as the introduction of a dry seals, increase the thickness of the drier and upper and lower cover, and also increase the thickness of heat insulation material.

4.Heat exchanger heating

The temperature is evenly. It is easily to control the temperature, it has three zones, It is slowly dehydration zone and high temperature dehydration zone and low temperature cooling zone, it can improve the quality of the gypsum board 

5.Automatic edge cutter,grinding and recycling,sealing,stacking system introduction

2# transverse adopts automatic edge cutting and grinding and sealing and stacking system in whole complete, after cutting the gypsum board edge, it will grind into small powder automatically, and the fan will collect the small powder, and recycle to the gypsum powder factory, and you can use it to produce gypsum powder again. It can save 6 workers each day, so it can reduce the cost and save labour.Our machine has the automatic sealer, after sealing, the gypsum bard will be transferred to stacker and then be transferred to warehouse for selling. It can save a lot of workers and labor, and it can reduce the cost and improve the automation level.
